On Course Race Nights

Hope you are well.  I have tried to phone you twice to thank you very much for your help with the Race Night held for our Rotary Club on Friday 31/10/11. A bit disappointed with the numbers, but for my first one I was happy. The good news is that we raised £585.50 and I am delighted with this.
Thank you for all your help and everyone commented at how good you both were!!  I hope to contact you again and book another one.

Hi Howard,

Just wanted to say thanks for the race night your company conducted for us on 2nd April at Boswell's School. Despite the reduced numbers we managed to raise a few hundred pounds for the club. Good morning Howard

Sharon & I would like to thank you all for your support at the race night in aid of Haven’s Hospice held on Saturday night. In true 'banking' style the figure I announced on the evening was massively understated.We raised a total of £691 from the evening, we also had personal contributions taking our figure to £731.The above figure will also have £1,200 added by 2 banks which will bring our total for the event to £1,931. Once again, thank you very much.

Thank you helping Rochford Tennis Club run a successful race night for our funding raising projects.
We have had very good feedback from our members and guests who had a fun time whilst helping raise funds to enable us to carry out the necessary court maintenance, which is well overdue.
We now intend to make this an annual event and will be back to 'On Course' to book a date once we have reviewed our calendar.

Many Thanks for all your help on Friday - it was a great night!! 
And considering that we had only sold 13 tickets before the night we did well financially as well. 
We have pencilled in April 1st for another one. Are you able to do that for us? We were also perhaps looking at other types of racing.

Hi Howard

A  Big Thank you for Saturday night, it was very professionally run and lots of fun. 

We had about 65 people attend The Harry Pub for the race night, with a sponsor for the event, ticket sales, sponsors for all the races and most of the horses sold, plus a raffle we raised an amazing £1400 for Havens Hospices.

Thank you again, and we will certainly recommending you in the future.

Just a quick note to say many thanks for the professional way our race night was run on Saturday.  Even though the turnout was not as high as we would have liked due to stiff competition from a Dancing Show that a lot of the children were in at a local dance school, we had around 50 people and raised a fantastic £1,036.
You provide a really excellent end to end service especially for those who do not know much about Race Nights, we would definitely use you again and recommend you whenever possible.

Just a quick note to thank you for your efforts and support at our recent Race Night at Regiment Way Golf Club.. The whole evening was good and enjoyed by all that attended. Although our attendance was small we managed to raise £309 for the Captain's chosen charity (Essex Air Ambulance).

Sorry I am late writing to thank you for promoting the Leigh on Sea Lodge Race Night, but the time just seems to fly back. We have had great comments back from many of those that attended the night and people were impressed with the standard of your films and presentation.  £729.80 was raised, which we were satisfied with on the attendance numbers. If it is decided to run another Race Night next year then we will certainly get back to you and thank you once again for your help - I hope you enjoyed yourself on the night.
